About Activate Sport,Sports, Activity & Adventure Day Camps for 5-18 year olds.

Quality sport and activity coaching that is age-appropriate and offers sufficient choice to attract boys and girls across the entire age range of 5-18 years.

Activate Sport have grown from providing specialist football and cricket courses in 2004 to the sport, activity and adventure camps run today; offering a range of key sports, multi-sport, multi-activity and dance & drama.

Our dynamic, enthusiastic and motivated team are continually enhancing our courses and content to ensure that all children enjoy the best possible Activate Sport camp experience, regardless of age or ability level.

2008 sees the introduction of new activities such as Barfly, Waterball, Fencing, Climbing and Abseiling. Climbing and Abseiling along with Archery are key features of our new adventure camps in 2008.

All of our programmes are written and delivered by qualified professional instructors.

Luke Sutton, Lancashire Cricketer

In addition to this we are fortunate to have professional sports people who, as well as being integral and committed members of the Activate Sport team, are involved with devising some of the key sport programmes:

Luke Sutton, a founder of Activate Sport and Lancashire County Cricket Club player, devises our cricket programme and visits all of our locations to lend a hand to the instructors when he's not on the road with Lancashire.

We are delighted to be running the Andrew Flintoff Cricket Academy in 2008. In between test matches 'Freddie' will be at each venue to meet campers and help our ECB qualified staff give the children a truly memorable week.

Activate Sport are also managing the Paul Sculthorpe Rugby League Camps in the North West. 'Scully' will be visiting all his camps to pass on his Rugby League skills and has helped us secure some of the best Rugby League coaches in the UK.

We have some fantastic instructors working on all of our courses and their tireless efforts and boundless enthusiasm help to make each week on an Activate Sport camp one to remember.

We look forward to welcoming both parents and children to all of our camps in 2008.
