Will I receive any more information after I have made a booking?
Immediately after booking you will receive a confirmation email or letter. There will be a medical information form in this email/letter that we ask you to fill in and bring to day one registration.

Where do I drop off/pick up my child at an Academy?
Our staff will make it very clear where the registration point is at every venue. Drop off and pick up will be at this spot every day.

Will you provide lunch for my child?
Please provide your child with a packed lunch and drinks container.

Will you provide drinks and snacks?
Yes, however you are welcome to send your child with their own.

What should my child wear?
Each child should wear comfortable clothing that allows free movement. Please feel free to bring their dance outfits if they attend their own dance classes. Please wear appropriate trainers and bring an extra set of clothing and footwear as well as outside coat as our tutors may offer sessions out and about the campus in the down time.

Will all the coaching be done by your team of international players?
At least one of our team of professional dancers will be in attendance at at least 1 day of every 3-day course that is running. They will lead and direct the coaching with the support of other excellent dance coaches.

Do your coaches receive in-house training?
Yes, all our coaches will have been on training days with us so they are fully prepared as to how each camp should be run and what to do in the event of any situation.

If I want to know how my child is getting on at an academy, what do I do?
Any parent can ring our office on 0115 973 1676 and they will then contact the head coach to see how a child is getting on. Our office will then report directly back to the parent.
