The Co-operative 'Be Inspired' Dinner

The Activate Sport Foundation holds an annual fund raising event named the ‘Be Inspired’ Dinner. The title of the dinner very much represents the core aim of the Foundation, to inspire young people.

We are enormously grateful to have The Co-operative as the title sponsors of this event; and indeed The Co-operative play a leading role in where the money raised from this event is allocated.

The event combines sport, entertainment and glamour with a fantastic opportunity to rub shoulders with sport stars and celebrities alike.

In 2010 The Co-operative ‘Be Inspired’ Dinner was held on the 31st October at the Banqueting House, Whitehall Palace, London for 250 guests. The dinner launched the Activate Sport Foundation and saw an amazing evening of fund raising and entertainment. Guests included: Michael Vaughan, Denise Lewis, Virginia Wade, Ben Ainslie, Annabel Croft, Ugo Monye, Marcus Trescothick, Danielle Lloyd, Jamie O’Hara, Graham Taylor, Ricky Wilson, Simon Jones and Marcus Patrick.

In 2011, The Co-operative ‘Be Inspired’ Dinner will be held at The Roundhouse in Camden, London on the 30th September.

The event will be another spectacular night of glamour and entertainment with a large number of celebrities attending from the worlds of sport, and entertainment.

The evening includes:

Champagne reception
Three course dinner
Charity auction
Evening entertainment
