All Activate Sport staff are specifically recruited for their desire to work with children in a fun learning environment.

At each camp we have a 'camp manager', who is a qualified teacher, and their role is to oversee all the staff and the timetables for each age group throughout the week.

Our instructors all hold specific coaching qualifications in their chosen sports, or compete in them at a high level and all our dance/drama/arts and crafts instructors are experts in their field.

At all of our locations, at least one member of staff is always First Aid qualified, and at certain camps where a swimming pool is available, a qualified lifeguard is always in attendance.

Prior to commencing work on any of our camps each staff member has to be CRB checked and must attend an induction that covers the following: Child Protection, Health & Safety, Risk management, Policies & Procedures and Camp Structure & Activities
